**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
* PharmD required
* CLIAFE compliance with foreign education equivalency required
* PGY1 residency completion preferred
* 1-year Acute Care Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
* ACPE - IV Certification strongly preferred
* PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Required
