We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Residential Lending Specialist. As a key support role, you will provide equitable access to credit by facilitating lending processes within low-to-moderate income areas, ensuring that loan needs are met in these communities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to community members, helping them navigate the mortgage process and achieve their goals.
  • Build deep relationships with local contractors, area real estate agents, and community organizations to support Frost's CRA and fair lending objectives.
  • Actively engage with local communities, fostering meaningful relationships through regular presence and interaction outside of the office environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for articulating the benefits of our products to community members, identifying how Frost can help meet their mortgage needs, and collaborating with our mortgage team to ensure all product needs are met.

You will also be expected to collaborate with other employees to serve the community with care, ensuring that interactions with local organizations are properly coordinated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and/or mortgage lending.
  • A deep commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
  • An NMLS license, which must be transferable to Frost or obtainable within 60 days.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
