Key Responsibilities
  • Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Balance and reconcile cash drawers and checks daily.
  • Assist members with account applications, loan applications, and other requests.
  • Provide one-to-one support to members through various communication channels.
  • Analyze loan applications and qualify applicants based on lending policies and guidelines.
  • Assist members with checking/ATM/Debit card/ACH fraud situations.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating confidence, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Connect Credit Association financial solutions to members' financial needs.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Develop and maintain a member-centric culture.
Requirements
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Financial institution experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Accuracy in balancing and skill in error detection.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
