Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our home health team in Port Charlotte/ Englewood/ North Port/ Arcadia. As a member of our care team, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist.
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice as a speech language pathologist.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $77,200 - $106,200 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, and business travel insurance.
