Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay range of $22 - $29 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for full-time hires, paid in installments after successful employment milestones.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Complete assessments as directed by the lead RN or LPN
- Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion

Qualifications:
- Current and active CNA/NAC license (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
- Proficiency in English communication skills
