Job Description

Vail Resorts' Lift Maintenance team is responsible for the safe transport of guests and employees on the mountain. As a Mountain Mechanic - Lift Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our lifts.

Our ideal candidate has prior mechanical or electrical experience and is able to work efficiently at heights. They must also have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and work outdoors in adverse mountain weather conditions. Intermediate ski/snowboard ability is preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00 - $29.59 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including ski/mountain perks, employee discounts, and retirement plans.

Requirements:

  • Prior mechanical or electrical experience
  • Ability to work efficiently at heights
