About the Job: As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness of our resort properties. This includes daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, as well as contributing to the hotel's commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of resort properties, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces;
  • Contribute to the hotel's commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork;
  • Create an experience for our hotel guests by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment;
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations;
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards while maintaining attention to detail;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or cleaning services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies;
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Salary: $32,000 per year
