About the Role
Join our team as an Information Security Analyst responsible for supporting the design, planning, facilitation, evaluation, and implementation of information security-related policies, procedures, standards, controls, and technologies across PeaceHealth. Your expertise will contribute to the goals, strategy, methodologies, and outcomes of our Information Security Program and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the design, engineering, implementation, and operation of information security processes, policies, procedures, standards, systems, and controls based on business and technical requirements.
* Analyze data from information security technology sources to identify potential threats and defend PeaceHealth against threats.
* Collaborate with information security, technology teams, and business stakeholders to respond to and remediate identified vulnerabilities and gaps in security controls, policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, information security, cyber risk management, compliance, or a related field; 3 years of experience in information security; and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, HCISPP, etc.) are preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present information to technical and non-technical audiences, and hands-on experience with common information security tools and methodologies are essential.
