About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our Information Security Program, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information security-related policies, procedures, standards, controls, and technologies across our organization.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $63,700 - $95,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and more.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, information security, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Healthcare Information Technology is required. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISA, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement information security-related policies, procedures, standards, controls, and technologies.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify potential threats and defend against them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to and remediate identified vulnerabilities and gaps in security controls.
  • Support the design and implementation of security response automation and integrate various tools to create fast responses to common and critical cyber incidents.
