Purpose of the Position

The Hospice Registered Nurse plays a vital role in providing holistic care to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey. This role requires a deep understanding of palliative care principles and a commitment to delivering compassionate and empathetic care.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $95,000 based on location, experience, and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision plans, wellness program, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN or LVN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and support staff to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Qualifications
  • RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
