Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team as Nurse Care Specialists. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide 1:1 patient-centered, holistic, and preventative care for clients with a variety of critical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of patient-focused holistic care
  • Provide respiratory and tracheostomy care, gastrostomy/jejunostomy care, urinary catheter care, and ventilator monitoring
  • Complete thorough documentation, including treatment and interventions
  • Provide emergency airway management
  • Seizure management and emergency medication administration
  • Complete PT/OT/ST therapies as ordered
  • Administer enteral and oral feedings

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Washington
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certification (BLS)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
  • Pediatric experience a plus
  • New Grads welcome and encouraged to apply
