Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Revenue Management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and devising a robust revenue management strategy.
  • Establish a differentiating pricing strategy, aligned with the corporate strategy, that drives profitable growth and ensures consistent communication and execution with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the restaurant market, consumer trends, macro-environment, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor pricing moves.
  • Provide visionary leadership in sales and revenue forecasting, ensuring all teams have the metrics and insights required to drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of revenue management, pricing, or analytics experience in QSRs, restaurant, retail, food & beverage, or similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to positively influence others to promote change and achieve enterprise objectives.
  • Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience overseeing teams in using advanced data analytics and tools.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities in response to dynamic market environment and organizational needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including management of executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques (SQL, Python, R, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.).
Compensation:

$155,700 to $183,300 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation.
