Job Summary

As an Associate Application Integration Engineer at CompuGroup Medical, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of e-health by integrating various healthcare systems and applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LABDAQ Technical Support, LABDAQ Implementation, and LABDAQ Sales Teams with third-party systems.
  • Manage integration projects, documenting all work performed in SAP and ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to facilitate HL7 testing and troubleshooting.
  • Develop innovative solutions and workarounds to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of computer networking and permissions.
  • Ability to document customer-related issues and resolutions in CRM.
  • Occasional travel for software HL7 implementation at client sites.
  • Complex analysis, testing, and support services for assigned projects.
