Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in our Service Department, offering purchase values and presenting trade-in options to encourage sales and trade-ins.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promoting a courteous and respectful environment for all customers.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales and production records as required by dealership management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat and referral business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and new vehicle releases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Group 1 Automotive's Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with equity mining tools, such as Automotive Mastermind, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Desire to work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
  • High-energy personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a good driving record.
