About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient preparations for examinations, procedures, and treatments
  • Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies
  • Accurately record patient information, vital signs, and medical history
  • Process laboratory specimens, medical charts, and other related paperwork
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree from an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program preferred
  • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
  • Completion of competency skills checklist prior to performing tasks independently
