Job Title: Clinical Corrections Provider

At Talbert House, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Corrections Provider to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing individualized client services in a community/residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate client behaviors and outcomes
  • Conduct interviews and administer assessments and screening instruments
  • Maintain caseload and productivity by ensuring regular contact with clients
  • Write service plans, review progress, and determine updates needed in collaboration with clients
  • Deliver ongoing services to clients, including crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, transportation assistance, financial budgeting, housing assistance, and referral to community resources
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and agency policies
  • Document all clinical activities to meet specific program, funder, and regulatory criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • May require CDCA or other specialty certification
  • Ability to learn case management principles and core correctional practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong ethical and professional behavior
Working Conditions:

Frequent standing and walking. Frequent sitting. Positional driving in accordance with job duties assigned.
