- Utilize kitchen tools and equipment effectively, including grills, ovens, and steamers.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all supplies are fresh and of superior quality.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and proper food storage practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the kitchen, along with other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years in a leadership culinary role.
- Experience in a high-volume catering setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships through active listening and responsiveness to client needs.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business conditions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
