Job Responsibilities:

1. Foster open communication among team members and ensure that all relations issues are addressed promptly.
2. Recruit and select top talent for designated positions within centers, including managing the recruitment life cycle from posting to coordinating drug screens.
3. Act as a subject matter expert on all HR, Benefits, and Payroll policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of direct human resources experience.
2. 1-3 years of recruiting, onboarding, and applicant tracking system experience.
3. Payroll experience required, with knowledge of timekeeping software and hardware programs.
