Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Winfield Nursing & Rehab Center. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating recruitment efforts, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment life cycle for designated positions within centers, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating drug screens.
- Facilitate engaging onboarding processes for new team members, including pre-hire paperwork and orientations.
- Process and maintain payroll records bi-weekly, including correcting missed punches prior to payroll.
- Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of direct human resources experience.
- 1-3 years of recruiting, onboarding, and applicant tracking system experience.
- Payroll experience required, with knowledge of timekeeping software and hardware programs.
