About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Residential Security Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas, prospecting for new clients, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs
  • Prepare documents according to established company guidelines
  • Close sales and offer exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system, and conduct a final "walk-through" with clients
Requirements
  • High School or GED
  • 1-Year: Outside Sales Experience
  • 1-Year: Prospecting Sales
  • Lead Generation
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Sales ability/persuasiveness
  • Rapport Building
  • Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Make an Impact
  • Goal Completion
