We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Growth Factor Group, Inc. as a Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for championing the sales of maintenance contracts for landscape and snow removal services to commercial real estate and critical infrastructure facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
- Network and represent the company in professional groups, associations, and events.
- Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals.
- Build relationships with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales.
- Part of a supportive and experienced team dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experience.
- Salary $75 - $90K plus commission with earning potential of $110K+.

- Flexible work schedule and optional work-from-home arrangement.
- Extroverted, intuitive, charismatic, and a closer with a proven track record of front-line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater southeast Michigan market.
- References of 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
