About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Growth Factor Group, Inc. as a Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for championing the sales of maintenance contracts for landscape and snow removal services to commercial real estate and critical infrastructure facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
  • Network and represent the company in professional groups, associations, and events.
  • Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals.
  • Build relationships with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
