About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team at Mahle Inc. As an intern, you will work closely with our Logistics Thermal Management team to drive process improvements and optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with material planning and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of components to our plant
  • Support production planning activities, including initial SAP setup and ordering components
  • Contribute to new launch activities, including prototype builds and vendor coordination
  • Participate in special cost-saving projects and analyze shipment methods to optimize container utilization
  • Assist with vendor and customer debit recoveries and help distribute KPI reports to BU 3 North America Plants

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university with a major in Supply Chain
  • Class standing: Junior or Senior
  • Preferred skills: Proactive, independent, and resourceful
  • Previous internship in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
