Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Auditing financial forms and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Professionally answering and routing calls
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files in State database systems
  • Creating meeting notices with internal and external attendees
  • Assisting center staff with general administrative tasks
  • Quality reviewing letters, reports, and website pages prior to publication
  • Updating information in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tracking documents
  • Reviewing emails received in centralized mailboxes; responding or rerouting as appropriate
  • Assisting with training of new team members on established program processes and procedures
  • Assisting with recruitments in contacting candidates and scheduling interviews for various positions through WebEx and Microsoft Teams
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, tables, or similar report documentation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Navigation of multi-line phone systems
  • Proficient at managing deadlines and program timelines
  • Familiar with working with confidential documents containing sensitive data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NYS-specific databases and systems (e.g., Access database, SFS, ITSM, MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, and SharePoint)
  • Proficient in scheduling meetings for multiple and executive level staff
  • Experience working with State processes, like communications, policies and procedures, etc.
  • Experience working with State forms
  • Managing electronic tracking systems
  • Demonstrated experience proofreading or preparing professional documents or correspondence
