We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our next-generation electrochemical cell stack.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in computer-aided design (CAD), 3D printing, and stack tolerance analysis, with a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and validating critical stack components, including flow plates, endplates, seals, and bipolar plates, while ensuring alignment with stack performance targets.

Additionally, they will analyze and optimize compression settings to ensure robust sealing performance and uniform compression under various operating conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of applied engineering experience in industrial or academic settings
  • Experience in stack tolerance analysis and design validation
  • Experience constructing and testing multi-unit cell stacks
  • US work permit
