  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks on equipment and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to MRI technologists, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Communication: Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a hospital or private radiological service, with a focus on MRI imaging.
  • Certifications: Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
