Our team is in search of enthusiastic Techno-functional professionals to aid in the definition and delivery of solutions within the Capital Markets sector.

We seek highly driven individuals who aim to empower our business partners through essential data management technology solutions.

You will act as a change advocate, promoting a user-centric approach that provides exceptional experiences for our clients.

Moreover, you will enhance our communication channels and uphold our values of transparency and collaboration while working alongside product peers, design specialists, program leaders, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Candidates must be within commuting distance of designated locations and will be required to work on-site.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is necessary. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience as a Business Analyst is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
Proven ability to deliver results in a techno-functional capacity within an Agile framework.
Strong proficiency in SQL programming.
In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly how they are utilized within the Java collections framework.
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the capability to convert business data analysis into actionable tasks.
Ability to produce thorough, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts.
Extensive hands-on experience with Core Java.
Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are capable of handling high-volume and low-latency operations.
Analyze user requirements to establish business objectives.
Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles and functional programming.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Java concurrency framework is required.
A robust command of data structures and algorithms, along with their application in the Java collections framework.
Facilitate the collection and clarification of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners, focusing on addressing organizational challenges.

Prioritize user stories and manage work expectations within Sprints based on urgency, significance, and organizational objectives.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in the Capital Markets sector is advantageous.
Ability to identify risks and issues and propose enhancements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various channels is necessary. Travel may be required based on job demands.
