Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a vibrant community atmosphere that promotes resident satisfaction and exceptional service feedback.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with residents, staff, and service providers.
  • Overseeing the negotiation and management of contracts and services essential for property operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

  • Managing interior and exterior painting cycles.
  • Implementing and supervising a preventative maintenance program for all equipment, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Directing plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and special projects as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels of supplies and materials through effective purchasing practices.
  • Overseeing janitorial services and grounds maintenance to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conducting regular inspections of buildings and grounds, scheduling necessary maintenance work.
  • Supervising third-party vendors to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance roles, covering plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building operations.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage third-party contractors and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous.
