Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and amenities.
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
