Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction and Support:
- Engage with patients through various communication channels to arrange appointments, respond to questions, and provide necessary support.
- Resolve patient issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Appointment Management:
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments for healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up actions in electronic medical record systems.
- Insurance and Billing Assistance:
- Confirm patients' insurance coverage and eligibility before appointments.
- Support patients with inquiries related to insurance and billing.
- Management of Medical Records:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the transfer of medical records between healthcare entities as required.
- Coordination of Care and Referrals:
