About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Caregiver to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with activities, mobility, and light exercise or walking
  • Stand-by assist, repositioning, and transfers
  • Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
  • Support with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany clients on occasional outings, errands, and appointments
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience, with current certification as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP
  • Valid CPR certification, work physical, and negative TB test within the past year
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle with insurance, and reliable transportation to client locations
