About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer II to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our General Surgical Technology RPE team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing new medical devices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new medical devices and technologies
  • Analyze and troubleshoot existing products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design changes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, biology, chemistry)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical devices and technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
