Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs for F&B staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Motivate and coach staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of F&B outlets, including Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets.
    • Ensure efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage food and beverage costs, maintaining budgetary control and optimizing revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Guest Services
    • Ensure exceptional guest service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or F&B management role.
    • Relevant degree or certification in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to motivate and train staff.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
