Nurse Practitioner Assistant LPN

Job Description: As a Nurse Practitioner Assistant LPN at Newbridge Health & Wellness, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting nurses with patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with nursing staff to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- • Administer medications, perform routine lab tests, and assist with other treatments as directed by licensed nurses.
- • Educate patients and their families about healthy habits, disease management, and treatment options.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- • Graduation from an accredited school of Practical Nursing or equivalent education as described by the State Education Law.
- • Current NJ license as an LPN.
- • Successful completion of Progressive Care Orientation Program required.
- • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
