About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Newbridge Health & Wellness. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful as a Nurse Practitioner at Newbridge Health & Wellness, you must have:
• A Master's degree in Nursing and current NP licensure in the state of New Jersey
• One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in an acute care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in your specialty area
