We are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN or state/province specific licensed nurse to join our community. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine desire to serve and care for seniors.
Job OverviewThe LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and services by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This role involves administering medications, documenting medication administration, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while adhering to federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards, and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and conduct SHUs.
- Provide resident care while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to infection control techniques.
