**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient safety
* Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* 3+ years of experience in long-term care, with a focus on leadership and management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
