**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on the unit
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
* Mentor and guide less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided on the unit
* Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* 3+ years of experience in long-term care
* 2+ years of experience as a charge nurse
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
