Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the upkeep, repair, and improvements of our 30+ locations. This role will be responsible for managing all facility-related needs, from routine maintenance to emergency responses, and will work closely with operational teams to ensure a safe and efficient environment across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep, repair, and improvements of all locations.
  • Create and implement an emergency response system to address facilities issues in real time.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance schedules, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective services.
  • Identify and address facility issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Assist with site evaluations for new location openings and ensure proper setup.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Risk Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities or risk management, ideally in a multi-location or retail environment.
  • Proven experience managing contractors and vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including OSHA, ADA, and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Southern California.
  • Valid driver's license required.
