Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular rounds to ensure that our residents are receiving the best possible care, and that our staff are adhering to established clinical standards and protocols.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance the quality of care we provide.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and that our staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Current, unencumbered MA RN license (LPN considered).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care and/or rehabilitation facility.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and work with all disciplines in a challenging multi-cultural environment. Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Working knowledge of EMR systems. IV Certification required.
