Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team at Mary's Meadow at Providence Place. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will oversee daily nursing activities, ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting compliance with policies and care standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling and workflow, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to regulations.
- Address resident and family concerns, fostering positive resolutions and satisfaction.
- Monitor care delivery systems, medication administration, and documentation accuracy.
- Participate in quality improvement processes, audits, and system checks.
- Support the training and development of nursing personnel.
Requirements:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred).
- Active RN or LPN license in this state.
- Current CPR certification.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
