SNC Ltd, a global leader in aerospace and national security, is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintenance of aircraft components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft airframes and engines
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose issues
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all work is compliant with national and international standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification with no prior violations
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Ability to pass written, oral, and practical assessments
- Fluency in English and ability to understand technical schematics and diagrams
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAA repair station and/or Quality Assurance experience
- Ability to travel and work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends
- Background in the aerospace and defense industry or US military
