Job Overview

We are seeking a Mailroom Clerk/Document Specialist for our Tampa Bay area office. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks related to document processing and mail handling to ensure efficient office operations
  • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning documents into claims
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with filing applications and appeals online, and add medical records to claims
  • Manage inventory of daily supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and computer skills
  • High-energy team player with intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive problem-solving and initiative
  • Desire to build an outstanding career with our company
  • Preferred experience in an office environment, with a willingness to learn and assist as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $15-$16 per hour, commensurate with experience
