Key Responsibilities- Drive and Thrive:
- Navigate your delivery vehicle to designated company locations, unload product, and maintain proper warehouse cleanliness.
- Work closely with our Warehouse Loaders and manager to ensure a seamless operation.
- Collaborate and Communicate:
- Transport company products from the Eugene warehouse to other company locations in a safe and efficient manner.
- Unload trucks and organize returned product, shells, pallets, and CO2 tanks.
- Stage product pallet, cart, or load in truck based on route schedule and stops.
- Maintain stability of loaded pallets and carts through proper stacking techniques and shrink-wrapping at the completion of each load.
- Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful storage, placement, transportation, and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all requirements for vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company vehicle policies.
- Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Valid Class A CDL Required.
- Experience with merchandising, warehouse, or customer service.
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle.
This job operates primarily in the trade, with frequent warehouse exposure, and does require travel within the designated market.
This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift, and six-wheel cart as well as drive a company vehicle.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications- Employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, and background check.
- Employees must be able to pass a DOT physical and DOT Certification of Road Test.
