**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000, plus commission opportunities that can lead to an average annual income of $81,000. **About the Role:**

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our business. They're responsible for generating leads, vetting customers, and initiating the first outreach with potential clients. Our SDRs focus on industry verticals and complete discovery calls to understand each customer's unique pain points and determine which of our software solutions will best meet their needs.

**What You'll Do:**

* Qualify and develop leads for Rain Retail Software products
* Cold call customers to generate new business opportunities
* Raise awareness among customers about the benefits of industry-specific POS software
* Schedule product demos between Account Executives and customers
* Track communication with potential customers accurately
