Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily operations and front-line duties
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Collaborating with faculty, staff, and advisors across campus
  • Assisting with events and resource fairs
  • Using MS Office, SAP, Navigate, Slate, and Perceptive Content

Requirements include:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow department rules, procedures, and instructions
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and take responsibility
  • Willingness to take directions from staff and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to work with diverse populations

This is a Federal Work Study position, and the ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to help others and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12/hour and a flexible schedule that includes up to 25 hours per week for Fall and Spring semester and up to 35 hours per week for Summer semester.
