Key Responsibilities
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files
  • Supervising medical records
  • Assisting with answers and discovery
  • Scheduling depositions, mediations, claims meetings, etc.
  • Maintaining file and data integrity
  • Providing customer and client service
Requirements

A detailed person comfortable with a fast pace of high-volume work, precision, and patience.

You should enjoy working with others to create successful outcomes and strive to create positive experiences for your clients.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Ability to commute to Duluth office
Preferred Qualifications

Previous insurance defense experience and experience with PracticeMaster software are nice to have but not required.
