Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health care with human connection and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Washington
  • At least one year of experience in acute care or home health nursing
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
