We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Medical Records Specialist at Diverse Lynx. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Manage medical records with attention to detail and confidentiality
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
Develop and implement efficient record-keeping systems
Provide guidance and support to staff members
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in outpatient settings
Previous leadership experience
BLS certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in outpatient leadership
Schedule flexibility
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
