Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage room reservations, including rate quoting and room assignments
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, adhering to hotel policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards
  • Assist guests with safe deposit boxes and other requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
