Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives that support program integrity and foster positive relationships with youth.
  • Empower families and youth through proactive engagement and support.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client documentation, including service plans and progress reports.

  • Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in human services, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
  • In-depth understanding of homelessness and related challenges.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with community stakeholders to secure funding and lead complex initiatives.
